Korean Learn (Level 1 part 22)



the power of 하다 (hada)

하다 (hada) -> dictionary form
해요 (haeyo) -> present tense
했어요 (haessoyo) -> past tense

now add the 하다 (hada) to the noun and you will change it to be a verb

example
1. 공부 (gongbu) = studying -> 공부하다 (gongbuhada) = to study
2. 일 (il) = work or job -> 일하다 (ilhada) = to work

3. 기억 (gieok) = memory -> 기억하다 (gieokhada) = to remember
4. 청소 (cheongso) = claening -> 청소하다 (cheongsohada) = to clean
5. 요리 (yori) = coking/dish -> 요리하다 (yorihada) = to cook
6. 이사 (isa) = moving -> 이사하다 (isahada) = to move, to move into a different house
7. 노래 (norae) = song -> 노래하다 (noraehada) = to sing
8. 노력 (noryeok) = effort -> 노력하다 (noryeokhada) = to make an effort, to try hard
9. 동의 (dongui) = agreement, agreeing -> 동의하다 (dongui) = to agree
10. 인정 (injeong) = admiting -> 인정하다 (injeonghada) = to admit
11. 후회 (huhwe) = regret -> 후회하다 (huhwehada) = to regret
12. 운동 (undong) = exercise -> 운동하다 (undonghada) = to exercise, to work out
13. 사랑 (sarang) = love -> 사랑하다 (saranghada) = to love
14. 말 (mal) = words, language -> 말하다 (marada) = to speak
15. 생각 (saenggak) = thought, idea -> 생각하다 (saenggagada) = to think

and to make it an negative sentence u can add 안 between in

example
생각하다 (saenggagada) -> 생각 안 하다 (saenggak an hada)

and if you still remember there is another way to make negative sentences

ne,majayo

add jianta after the verbs and 하다 (hada) change to be 하지만다 (hajianta)
