Korean Learn (Level 1 part 6) ["this is ABC"]
we wanna learn how to say "this is ABC" and "what is this?"
in part 5 we kearn about 이에요 (ieyo) and 예요 (yeyo) which mean tobe (is,am,are) in english
and now we wanna learn to say this 이거 (igo) = this or this one, it com from word 이 (i) which mean this than add 것 (geot) so it become 이것 (igeot) but korean people make it simple with say it as 이거 (igeo) sometimes but both of igeot or igeo is right
것 (geot) mean thing
so that 이거 (igeo) and 이것 (igeot) could mean as this thing or this one or just this.
example
book = 책 (chek)
it is a book = 책이에요 (chek ieyo)
this is a book = 이거 책이에요 (igeo chek ieyo)
so if i have
camera = 카메라 (khamera)
how is the sentence "this is camera" ????
이거 카메라 예요 (igeo khamera yeyo)
n last part we learn about 뭐여요? (mwoyeyo?) which mean what is it? now we wanna learn about "what is this?"
what is this? = 이거 뭐예요? (igo mwoyeyo?)
here is some vocab of noun
handphone = 한드폰 (handeuphon)
water = 물 (mul)
coffee = 커피 (kheophi)
what s this?
this is handphone.
how is the korean???
이거 뭐예요? (igeo mwoyeyo?)
이거 한드폰이에요 (igeo handeuphon ieyo)
still reember with saying "No" or
disagreement???
yes 아니요 (aniyo)
you can say disagreement when its wrong
example
is this coffee?
No, this is water
or even you can agree with saying
yes, that is right. this is coffee
here is the korean
이거 커피예요? (igeo khophi yeyo?)
아니요, 이거 물이에요. (aniyo, igeo murieyo)
or if agree
네,맞아요. 이거 커피예요. (ne,majayo. igeo khophi yeyo.)
same with another rule the sentence can make as question with rising the tone at the end of sentence, do you remember??
이거 커피예요 (igeo khophi yeyo)
이거 커피예요? (igeo khophi yeyo?)
the second sentence... rise up the tone at te end of sentence... ^_^
finish than see you at the next part
